Alternate Dispute Resolution

Are you in dispute with a neighbour? Someone you work with?

Consider talking things over in mediation.

Alternative Dispute resolution (ADR) is a structured, non-legal process where an impartial Mediator assist the attending parties having a constructive conversation.

As the Mediator provide each party allocated talking time, the mediation session provides the attending parties an opportunity to feel heard. The Mediator then assists parties to attempt to resolve the dispute through a problem-solving, solution-focused approach.

ADR has long been recognised in research as achieving positive outcomes for all parties attending, as most people have the key to resolving their own disputes, and ADR is a far quicker, less stressful and cheaper alternative to legal and/or court processes.
